DESCRIPTION
When the going gets hilly or unstable, a walking pole can really make the difference between stretching out the miles and having to head down from the hill earlier than planned. Incredibly strong and lightweight, the Trek Lite walking pole adds extra stability to downhill sections on your route and won’t weigh you down on the climb. It is quick to adjust, using only one clamp to adjust the pole’s height on the go, and comes with a rubber foot and detachable trekking basket to help you handle any terrain you encounter.
HARDY – The Trek Lite is made from tough 7075 aluminium and has a trekking basket and rubber foot, meaning it’s ready to handle any terrain.
LESS STRESS – The impact resistant construction means that pressure on your hands and wrists is reduced throughout your walk.
COMFORTABLE – Thanks to the ergonomic moulded cork grip and a soft webbing wrist strap, holding onto the pole for long periods is very comfortable.
COMPACT – The pole can be folded and stowed in a sack when not in use, so you have both hands free for snack eating on easier trail sections.

Once you've watched the YouTube video showing you how to put it together, it's a doddle
I don't tend to use poles - but - I do like to have some to
hold a tarp up; and as a fell runner, I like to have them for an aid, if I ever manage to twist an ankle/similar - which could make getting off a hill much easier.

Good value for money too - you can get cheaper,
but I don't think you'll get cork handles, or
the quality of these at the lower end of the 'market'-
so this for me is a perfect option - not too expensive,
but also really good quality. Highly recommended Read LessRead less about Nicely made, and work well.
